  • Do you have uncontrollable, recurring thoughts and/or behaviors that you have the urge to repeat over and over? Counseling helps you explore your obsessions, avoidances, and compulsions and achieve your goals, reduce your anxiety and learn how to healthily respond to triggers.

  • Do you have an addiction to Alcohol or other substances? Counseling is an integral part of rehab from addiction. It helps you understand the root cause, and facilitate behavioral changes that help end your dependence on substances.

  • Have you been through a traumatic experience that you don’t seem to be able to get over? if you find yourself physically/emotionally reacting towards a specific memory or event, counseling will help desensitize, and reduce your response towards the event(s).

  • Do you have pre/post pregnancy blues? Do you feel out of place with unwanted emotions? Counseling will help you gain awareness, and gently be guided to ways you can cope with parenthood (yes, dads included!).

  • Abuse can have many forms and anyone can be a victim. If you are going through distress from current or past abuse, counseling will give you a safe space to unpack, connect back to yourself, and get empowered to achieve your goal.
